Service Agreement: By accessing or using the RxDoctor platform, symptom engines, or directory mapping layouts, you agree to comply with the terms and disclaimers detailed below.

1. Description of Services

RxDoctor provides digital guidance interfaces helping patients match symptom inputs to specialized medical departments, locate KPME verified practices, and simulate or integrate responsive booking widgets.

The services provided are purely informational. RxDoctor does not practice medicine or issue professional medical prescriptions on this public web application.

2. Acceptable Platform Use

Users are granted a limited license to browse clinic locations and check symptoms. You agree not to:

  • Extract or scrape KPME doctor listings, addresses, or phone databases.
  • Attempt to bypass security walls of the portal or send malformed data to `/api/doctors/manual` endpoints.
  • Input malicious or fraudulent details into appointment scheduler forms.

3. Strict Liability Exclusion

Under no circumstances shall RxDoctor, its developers, or its medical information affiliates be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Interpretations or actions taken based on symptoms matched inside the platform.
  • Cancellations, delays, or pricing inconsistencies during clinic appointments.
  • Unavailability of doctors listed in the location directories.

4. IP & Platform Trademarks

The RxDoctor brand, source files, Next.js page components, UI templates, custom analytics code, and logos are the exclusive property of RxDoctor. Reproduction or redistribution of proprietary widgets is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized.

5. Term Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these operational terms at any time. Continued usage of the directories and booking interfaces constitutes binding acceptance of updated legal conditions.
